The Development Authority of Jefferson County is eager to locate the optimal site for your success and prosperity.  Our Kings Mill Commerce Park is a GRAD certified property (532 acres) fully equipped with rail service, water, sewer, electrical, natural gas, and fiber.  It is easily accessed from U.S. Highway 1 via Hoyt-Braswell Road.  U.S. 1 provides direct access to I-20 and I-16.  The DAJC also owns 238 acres of land ready for development at the Louisville Airport Industrial Park.  It is located directly on U.S. 1 and is also equipped with water, sewer, electrical, natural gas, and fiber.  In Wadley, the DAJC owns 105 acres of raw land on Norfolk Southern Class 1 rail.
